Your role

  • Our Client is currently looking for a Sales Manager of Platform Business who provides leadership and strategic direction for high complexity solution sales activities in Luxembourg.
  • This department consists of the Senior Sales plus a Technical Consulting and Product related Services team. In this role you are a valuable member of the Management Team reporting to Head of Platform Business, BeNeLux.
  • As the Sales Manager of Platform Business in Luxembourg you will be responsible for developing, executing and articulating the sales strategy that grows the market share for our client Products Portofolio and Product related Services Portfolio.
  • You will lead transformative change within the business, driving new customer acquisitions and prosperous relationships with existing customers and partners.
  • In this role, you work collaboratively with other country heads to integrate and align strategic plans, maintaining and advancing the European Platform Business’ relevance, profitability and competitive edge.
  • You manage change and uncertainty and proactively offer a path forward for the team to ensure results. Additionally, you are responsible for managing Senior Sales Process and the development and implementation of the Sales Plan.
  • Most importantly, you regularly visit customers/prospects and interact with them on C-level in order to build lasting relationships, drive sales progression and lead by example.

  • You have excellent French and English language skills, both written and verbal. (Luxembourgish is an nice to have)
