Employee Experience Specialist

The Employee Experience Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing our company culture, ensuring that every team member feels valued, supported, and engaged from their first day and throughout their journey with us. This role demands a unique blend of empathy, creativity, and strategic thinking to manage and improve the onboarding process, foster a sense of belonging through various events, and support learning and career development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Onboarding Experience: Design and implement an engaging onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Monitor and refine the onboarding experience based on feedback and evolving best practices.
  • Community and Belonging: Organize and execute a wide range of events (including fun activities, ESG initiatives, information sharing sessions, and ideation workshops) to build a strong, inclusive community. Champion our company culture and values, encouraging active participation and engagement across all levels of the organization.
  • Learning and Career Development: Oversee the learning and certification needs of employees, facilitating access to necessary resources and opportunities. Conduct quarterly connect conversations to discuss career aspirations, organize and collect performance feedback (with customers, peers, team leaders), and support Managers in the yearly evaluation process to enable professional growth and development.
Required Skills and Experience
  • 5-10 years of experience in HR, employee engagement, organizational development, or a related field, preferably within the IT or consultancy sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative solutions to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Solid understanding of learning and development strategies, including the identification of training needs and the evaluation of program effectiveness.
  • Experience organizing corporate events, from planning through to execution and post-event analysis.
  • Proficient in data analysis and using feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful employee experience programs is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
