Responsibilities:
Support the budget/invoicing, procurement activities for the IT division.
• Budget forecast and update of real consumption
• Support on AToR/PO request
• Follow-up of the Invoice/timesheet process
• Follow-up approval process of the projects team
Provide support in other administrative tasks supporting Heads of Units:
• Preparation of presentation
• Capturing minutes of meetings
• Coordination and follow-up of the newcomer and leaver process
• Contact with service providers
The staff member must demonstrate experience in:
• 7+ years of experience
Advance usage of MS project (or similar planning tools)
• Advance usage of MS Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
• Good verbal and written communication (English C1)
The staff member must demonstrate knowledge in:
• Proven experience in budget management for more than 3 years and for large teams > 60 people
• Proven experience in performing administrative tasks for team of more than 40 people
• Proven recent experience in a manager support role for more than 3 years
• Proven PMO experience
